Nicole’s career in orthopedic surgery began in the Dallas area where she practiced general orthopedics, with an emphasis in arthroscopy and total joint replacement. She continues to practice clinically as a PA, specializing in the pre- and post-operative care of joint replacement patients.

Ashleigh Blevins attended four years at Marshall University in Huntington, West Virginia, before making a change in her career path that led to nursing. In 2014, Ashleigh received her license in Vocational Nursing through MCTEC in her home state of West Virginia.

Ashleigh began working in the home healthcare field after graduation and has specialized experience working with orthopedic and joint replacement patients, along with advanced wound care and case management experience.

In 2016 she obtained her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center of San Antonio. Since graduation she has worked in various settings but has spent most of her time and specializes in orthopedics and sports medicine. Her special interests in treatment are the use of manual techniques and modalities to improve patient's pain response, healing, and progress after surgical procedures and injury. She holds certifications in Total Joint Replacement Rehabilitation, Graston technique, and FMT from RockTape. She is also a credentialed Clinical Instructor by the APTA. Brooke currently lives in Cibolo with her husband and daughter.
